Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue.

After reviewing the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.

Returns for Change of Mind

Because our products are carefully designed and prepared for sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
